1. Where does Aderans Online Store deliver to?
All deliveries are only made within Singapore.
2. Do you have any delivery charges?
We do have a small sub-charges $7 for purchases below $100.
3. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we don't offer international shipping.
4. How long does it take to delivery my order?
We package and deliver your order as soon as possible, ideally 2 to 7 working days. Orders are subject to verification and approval before delivery and may take several days to process.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Aderans Online Store cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Item Not Received?
We apologise if you have not received your item. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 30 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been dispatched.
